How does hourly cleaning work?
You book the number of hours you want (minimum 2 hours) and provide a list of priorities or speak with our cleaner, once they have arrived. We’ll complete as much as possible within that time, starting with your top requests.

What kind of products you use?
We primarily use natural, low-odor, neutral-pH cleaners that are safe for homes with kids and pets. On request, we can use eco-friendly/plant-based products. When disinfection is needed, we use Health Canada DIN-approved solutions. We avoid harsh bleach or ammonia unless you specifically ask for them, and we're happy to use your preferred products if you have sensitivities.

Can I add more time during the cleaning?
Yes, if our schedule allows, you can request extra time on the day of service. Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate.

Is hourly cleaning the same as deep cleaning?
No. Hourly cleaning is time-based and task-focused, while deep cleaning is a full, detailed clean of the entire home. If your space needs a top-to-bottom refresh, we recommend booking a deep clean.
