    • How should I prepare before the team arrives?

      Do a quick tidy so we can reach all surfaces. Share entry (code/lockbox/concierge) and parking, secure pets, and flag any fragile items, priorities, or no-go areas. If heavy clutter blocks floors or surfaces, we’ll either skip those areas or add time with your approval. Please put away valuables and important documents in secure location.

    • Can I adjust the schedule of my cleaning?

      Of course. Please provide at least 24+ hours’ notice to avoid a $70 late-cancellation fee.

    • What kind of products you use?

      We primarily use natural, low-odor, neutral-pH cleaners that are safe for homes with kids and pets. On request, we can use eco-friendly/plant-based products. When disinfection is needed, we use Health Canada DIN-approved solutions. We avoid harsh bleach or ammonia unless you specifically ask for them, and we're happy to use your preferred products if you have sensitivities.

    • What if I don’t like the service?

      Contact us within 24 hours. We’ll open a service report, contact you, and return to re-clean the missed areas at no charge. If it’s still not right, we’ll work out a fair resolution.

    • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

      No. Many clients aren’t home. Provide entry instructions (door code, lockbox, concierge) and we’ll handle the rest. We document the visit and can share notes/photos on request.

    • What if something is broken during clean?

      Upon notification, our cleaners will prepare a detailed service report, including notes and photos. Our administration team will then contact you, typically within one business day, to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement. Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear aren't covered.
